Nicole Fisher

Owner & Founding Attorney

Nicole earned her undergraduate degree from Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. Following law school, she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she served as an attorney with the Federal Public Defender’s Office. Drawn back to the Midwest, Nicole returned to Kansas City and clerked for the Honorable Marco Roldan in Independence, Missouri. She then established her own practice in 2011.

Nicole is actively involved in the legal community. She is a Past President of the Association for Women Lawyers and a Past Chair of the Missouri Bar Young Lawyers Section. She is also a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Johnson County Bar Association, Eastern Jackson County Bar Association, Cass County Bar Association, Clay County Bar Association, and the American Inns of Court.

In addition to her professional work, Nicole is committed to community service. She is an active member and volunteer with the Junior League of Kansas City and Jackson County CASA.
Nicole has been recognized by numerous legal organizations for her work, including being selected as a Super Lawyer since 2018. She is also a frequent speaker at continuing legal education programs for the Missouri Bar and local bar associations.

Outside of her practice, Nicole enjoys traveling, cheering on local sports teams (Go Royals!), attending live music events, and spending time with animals.
