She began her career at Fisher Law as a receptionist, supporting attorneys and paralegals while managing client scheduling. Over the years, Tika has developed a deep understanding of family law operations and a strong passion for client care. She is especially dedicated to listening to clients’ stories and helping them feel heard, thoughtfully connecting them with the right attorney to support their needs.

Known for her versatility and problem-solving mindset, Tika plays an essential role in the firm’s daily operations. From troubleshooting IT issues and processing payments to coordinating with outside vendors, she ensures the office runs efficiently and seamlessly.

Outside of the office, Tika enjoys spending time with her husband, adult children, extended family, and two dogs. She values the importance of self-care, mental health, and suicide prevention, and brings that perspective into both her personal and professional life. In her free time, she enjoys caring for her plants, visiting local greenhouses, discovering new music, photography, and trying out new recipes.
